Tuscan River: Portal to the Edge of Time
Sandra Hann, Rose and Ed Morgan, and Sawyer, Rebecca, and Chuck Evans are six children ages six to thirteen living in a cul-de-sac neighborhood just west of Springfield, Massachusetts. Playing in a river near their homes they discover a mysterious book hidden in a chest buried beneath the water in the river bed. Sandra is able to decipher cryptic instructions in the book and understand how to combine common consumer electronics products to create a device with an unknown purpose. When the children activate the device they find themselves transported through a portal into another world.
Chapter 1
While swimming in the river behind their homes Sandra and Rose find a chest hidden beneath the water. With their friends help they open the chest and find some surprises.
Chapter 2
Wiz-kid Sandra deciphers sketches drawn in a book they found in the chest and determines that it is a new type of technology. The only way to know what it does is to build it as described in the sketches.

Chapter 4
Following the instructions in the mysterious book, the children travel down the river and activate their new technological device. After a strange fog rises from the river the children enter and the adventure really begins.
On another world at another time a woman named Lisa and her friends are about to be captured by the dreaded Arpiann Confederation. The surprise arrival of the six children from 21st Century Earth changes everything.
