Tuscan River Entertainment Parks

The concept is simple: how do we create a readily accessible place people can easily enjoy a pleasant mix of leisure oriented activities in a secure yet stimulating setting. The first answer is to create many places, each located within 30 minutes of everyone. The second answer is to create in each of those places venues where people can eat, shop, play, and enjoy entertainment. The third answer is to make that environment architecturally engaging and pleasing. Those answers have been combined to create the Tuscan River Entertainment Park concept. The Parks have four table service restaurants, several leisure oriented retail stores, an indoor amusement pavilion and sports center, and a unique multi-screen motion picture cinema; all surrounding a landscaped park.
Park Features
A typical Tuscan River Park is located on a 40-acre site. Near the center of the site is a park with lawns, a pond, carousel, gardens, and walkways. Along the perimeter of the park are up to eight restaurants and several leisure-oriented retail stores. Along the back of the park will be Dante’s Forest, an indoor theme pavilion based on the adventures the Tuscan River characters.
Entertainment
Entertainment venues inside the theme park pavilion include two miniature golf courses, a bumper boat adventure course, climbing walls, motion simulation rides, and a playground with rides for small children. Other features under consideration include a childcare center for parents wishing to dine alone as a couple and a children's discovery center where learning can take place in a fun, family environment. Some parks may also include cinemas, indoor water parks, and fitness centers.
